Dr. Ashley Zak Kimble

Dr. Ashley Zak Kimble is a native of Central Florida and board certified Optometrist. She opened New Vision Care just a few miles from her High Alma Mater, West Orange High School. It has always been her dream to return to Central Florida and serve the people of this community. She has done just that since 2009 as an eye care provider and volunteer with the youth of the area.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. She graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 2008, was the recipient of numerous awards for excellence in Primary Care and Pediatrics, and a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Kimble then completed her residency at Nova in Primary Care with an Emphasis in Pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians.

Dr. Kimble has a passion for prevention from her youngest patients all the way up. She loves educating others on the beauty of the visual system and how our environment and health are interconnected. She also has a passion for unique, statement eyewear which fuels the beautiful selection of frames you will find at New Vision Care.

When she is not serving your eye care needs, Dr. Kimble enjoys spending time with her loving husband and two vibrant children, cooking a delicious meal, traveling, or curling up with a great book.
